Once you leave Rome for Frascati, you will be welcomed to begin your experience in a farmhouse immersed in the Roman countryside.
An exclusive tour through the vineyards, treated with the ancient cultivation techniques adopted for centuries. You will hear stories from the past and learn the secrets of winemaking to obtain special wines.
You will visit an ancient historic cellar and taste the famous Frascati wine immersed in a wine museum among vineyards and olive groves.
A certified taster will taste the wines of the family production (white Frascati Superiore DOCG, red Vagnolo IGT, Frascati DOC). During the tasting, homemade bread and pizza, “Porchetta,” various cheeses, the famous Wine Gelatin, and delicious wine biscuits will be paired. It will also be possible to have a tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced on-site.
At the end of the tasting, with our expert pizza maker, you can cook the Pizza and learn secrets and techniques to obtain the perfect dough.
